Good day people! I have one question and the answer may save a lot of my time! I re-sell products and I want to add photos to products.. Can I legally use photos of actual manufacturers pages? For example, if I re-sell Nike shoes, can I take pictures of nike.com website of same shoes? Or it must be pictures made only by me? I don't want to get in trouble for using manufacturers pictures!

Hello @Karleon
If it is Aliexpress products, you can use the images. No issues.
But when comes to branded products you should ask them about the royalty policy.
So if I would take my own pictures of the products - it would be ok?
If you want to dropship branded products you should be an authorized online retailer for that brand. Otherwise your ads may ban.

I guess I will start and if someone will tell me something, than I will try to change something 🙂 Thanks for now!
Sometimes a manufacturer will spply product photos. However, it becomes an issue when you have multiple manufacturers and then the photos are not cohesive. Try sites that offer product photography--friends use these for their shopify stores because they know a good product photo drives conversion. Dillie and Fiverr or Upwork can all help.
