Using variants with Contrado?

Hi all, has anybody had any experience with using product variants with Contrado for dropshipping? I've tried to set it up, using SKU codes, but they just don't get through to Contrado. The order works fine on Shopify- but always orders the same incorrect product when sent over to Contrado.  I've had the Contrado chat/support team on it but they are struggling to help.  Any tips would be much appreciated..

I would suggest to setup an integrated Order management system based on Odoo

Shopify => Odoo Order & Inventory Management ==> Fullfillment or Printing vendor.

No it doesn't. I was trying to use the different Contrado SKU codes, but they aren't recognised by the Contrado backend.  It just processes everything as the same product. It's a bit disappointing, considering they advertise themselves as integrating with Shopify.

Hi thanks for your answer but I don't fully understand what you are suggesting. Is this a third party that would sit between Shopify and Contrado?
