Want to add a drop ship option and upload packing slip on my wholesale site.

Hi,  I'm currently done setting up a new Shopify retail website and using Wholesale Pricing Discount app for the wholesale part.  I would like to add a option for my wholesale customers to request for drop ship service (with this option selected, a drop ship fee will be added to the total), and the customer can upload their packing slip for us to include with the drop ship order.  This option will be shown during the checkout process (perhaps the shopping cart page).  Does anyone know if there is an existing app for this, or any programmer can help me add this feature?  Thank you.

You mean your wholesale customers orders from you to send their customers directly?

Yes, I would like to have the drop ship option (with a fee) for my wholesale customers to choose when they want me to drop ship for them.  Once they select the drop ship option, they can also upload their packing slip for me to print and include in the drop ship shipment.
