What app to import amazon product with variations?

Hello, just curious if any of the apps supports the following:

- Importing products from amazon by choice (not my products so no from seller central).

- Handling these if the products have variations (all apps I've found so far can import asins or scrape amazon urls's, but not found one that can import a product and the variations for it).

- Sync product stock and prices (most of them can from what i've seen so far)

So, looking for an app that can do all of this, any suggestions?
