 I also want to import the items both in retail and whole sale(my store to be in retail & whole sale). Last but not least i would like my store profit margin by percentage (all the product) instead of double price.

You can achieve this by using bulk order discount

If you select a higher Shopify plan you can add wholesale.

There are other options but it is a lot of work, this will require 2 Shopify stores where you link the products with an app (only need 1 app and this app can also do lots of other things, probably best app to edit lots of items at one)

You can use a prefix for your wholesale store, like wholesale.yourdomain.com

If you do it this way you can hide the prices and add to cart and only show it to logged in users with accounts. You can display a message that it is about availability of you have an account.

Then you can also disable accounts so you have to add the accounts manually.

You can also use different payment and shipping options then for retail and wholesale.

Like I said this is a lot of work but it work great
