Wholesale app with 3 important features

I need a wholesale app that can:
1. Hide wholesale products from retail customers. Not just pricing but entire products.
2. Provides Net terms like Net 30, pay later by cc, check, etc
3. Works with ShipStation that will be integrated directly into Shopify. https://www.shipworks.com/integrations/shopify/

I am really struggling one that works with all 3. I don't understand why some apps would not work with Shipworks as it's after the order is completed that it goes into the API and gets sent to Shipworks. Then the client can choose whether to ship it through there or not. If they do, then the API send back information to Shopify order to track it.

Can anyone suggest an app or apps? And can anyone explain why some would have a challenge working with Shipworks?
