I am located in New Jersey, USA. This issue was with Printful.The products ordered are fulfilled in Latvia, although the billing address for Printful company is located in North Carolina. See the below screen grab of the Order Slip with the VAT charge. The other images are screen grabs from the Shopify site which show the neck gator and tee shirt. I have checked the box to charge tax and I have checked the box to collect tax from the European Union within the Tax Settings of Shopify. As you can see, a big % of the earnings was eaten. I would like to make sure I can fix this for any future orders and couldn’t find a specific video or write up to solve it.
My annual sales to Germany are still pitiful. I need to do more marketing
