All of my customers are tax exempt (tax setting = taxes not collected), yet recently Shopify invoices and packing slips started adding a tax line that says $0.00 state tax collected next to each item on the invoice. It is SO cluttered and if it’s in my state, it adds 3 lines for all the taxes, that all say $0.00. Super cluttered and completely redundant! Shopify claims it’s within the app I use for my invoices but I hired an expert to look at the code and the issue is not there. Anyone else???
