I developed a store which went live awhile ago so I was getting 20% comission on it. But recently, after some help and advice from me, the store upgraded to Shopify Plus to acquire new features, and now I notice my comission has dropped to 0%. Is there a reason behind this? In my “Referral history” it’s listed as “0% of recurring monthly subscription”.

Thanks - I actually tried that already but after clicking the “Contact Partner Support” button I just get a page that says “Select an organization from the list below” and there’s nothing underneath it
