Hi, @keep_Recover
I took a look at your site , and one thing that stood out is that you’re getting around 418 sessions per month but no sales yet. That usually suggests the issue isn’t traffic- it’s converting the visitors you already have.
Make your product pages more convincing
The products look premium, and the photography is good, but I’d make your key trust signals much more prominent. Your 30-day return policy, secure checkout, shipping information, and customer reviews should all be clearly visible near the Add to Cart button. I’d also highlight what makes Keep Recover different from other recovery brands, whether that’s product quality, performance, or your warranty.
Strengthen the homepage
The homepage has a clean design, but I’d make the value proposition stronger above the fold. A visitor should immediately understand who your products are for and why they should buy from Keep Recover instead of a competitor. Featuring more customer testimonials or user-generated content on the homepage could also help build confidence.
Review the buying journey
Since you’re getting visitors but no conversions, I’d go through the entire journey on both desktop and mobile-from landing on a product page to completing checkout. Look for anything that might create hesitation, such as unexpected shipping costs, limited payment methods, or too many steps before checkout.
Improve mobile performance
I also checked your PageSpeed Insights report, and there are a few opportunities to improve your mobile performance. Optimizing images, reducing unnecessary third-party scripts from apps like Klaviyo and social integrations, and reviewing installed apps can help pages load faster and reduce drop-offs, especially for visitors coming from Instagram or TikTok.
Finally, I’d use Shopify Analytics to identify where people are leaving. Knowing whether they’re dropping off on the product page, cart, or checkout will make it much easier to focus your optimization efforts.
If speed is affecting the experience, you could also use tools like Website Speedy for image and script optimization. It’s completely optional to use.
