Dear Shopify Experts,

Hi, I recently opened my Shopify store, Magical Handwriting, and have been working diligently for the past 12 days to prepare for the US Black Friday sales. I’ve invested considerable time and effort into running Facebook ads to drive traffic to my site.

So far, I’ve received 1.75K sessions, but unfortunately, I have not made any sales, 0.3% conversion sometimes as in cart. I’m trying to understand what might be causing this issue and how I can improve my conversion rates.

Could you please provide insights or recommendations.

Here’s what I notice immediately:

The site could use some design work. It looks quite messy and unprofessional at the moment. Also your About Us page is just a contact form, which also could use design improvements:

Some of your products only have 1 product image which also might be a deterrent.

Lastly, you may want to consider these other general principles for why you might not be getting sales.

Thanks for your feedback.

I talk with shopify advisor regarding this “About” main menu shows different page which I link with real “About” page( I face this problem already few times). the advisor recommend me to reindex my shop and it will takes 2weeks for google SEO. It is quite dissapointing as i keep facing same problem. do you have any suggestion of it? thanks

No worries!

It’s nothing to do with your Google indexing/SEO. The “About Us” page itself has been set up to have a contact form on it it seems.

Open that page in your Theme Customizer (From the Shopify admin > Online Store > Themes > Customize) and check the sections/blocks you’ve added to it. Make sure it has the About content you want, and then Save the theme.
