I just listed 3 new items to my Shopify store. Only 1 out of the 3 are showing up on our website. The items are active and available on all of our shopping channels with plenty of quantity. I am not new to Shopify, we are going on 5 years and I have never seen this happen before. I went thru the listing for the one that is showing up versus the 2 that are not and there are no differences in the way they are listed. I even duplicated the item that was showing up to see if it would show up, and it also does not show up. I am wondering if there is some kind of glitch going on with Shopify? Has anyone else had any issues today?
It’s unusual for active products to not show up on your website. Here are a few things you can check to troubleshoot the issue:
- Verify that the products are assigned to the correct collections or have the necessary tags to appear in automated collections.
- Make sure the products are set to be visible on your online store in the product’s “Manage sales channels and apps” section.
- Check your theme’s settings to ensure that it’s configured to display the products or collections in question.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, or try viewing your store in an incognito/private window to rule out any local caching issues.
- Review any third-party apps or custom code that may be interfering with the display of products on your store.
If you’re still experiencing issues after trying these steps, it might be worth reaching out to Shopify Support for further assistance. They can check your store’s configuration and help identify any potential glitches or issues.
Good luck, and I hope your products show up on your website soon!
Same problem here. Started about 4 hours ago. New products stopped showing up. I am not new to Shopify either. Have been around a long time and have entered about 20,000 products over time so not new to this. There has to be some type of bug/issue in the system. Has anybody reported it yet?
I am also having this exact issue. It started around 5pm on 3/22/23. I just found that only 2 of the 20+ listings I did tonight are showing on my site. They are all duplicated listings. There is nothing wrong with the listings on the backend.
I am having the same issue with my shop. Listed 70 or so items, only two were actually pushed to the store. All items were made off duplicate listings, I created a new item and it went online, but duplicate listings won’t list now.
Thanks for the tips… unfortunately, it is none of those things - I even checked on a completely different computer/browser and still not there. Looks like a call to Shopify will be on my agenda for today.
I just created a totally new listing and then duplicated it and it did push thru and is showing up… I didn’t have time yesterday to test this because I thought it was definitely related to the duplicating process. However, the listings I duplicated yesterday are still not showing up. So I went in and duplicated the listing that was having the issue yesterday and it also pushed thru and is showing up… So my guess is that it was a glitch yesterday that has been fixed and is not happening today. But still the listings I duplicated yesterday are not there.
I’m also encountering this with a few newly listed products. I probably wouldn’t have noticed if I wasn’t looking at google merchant center errors. For me, the missing products don’t have working URLs.
fun.
When I duplicate the broken listings from yesterday, it’s not working. so likely i’ll have to just redo 100 or so.. yay lol
That’s what I had to do

I downloaded the .csv file for the listings involved and found that the value for United States, Canada, and International was set to FALSE. I set it to TRUE and imported the fixed listings. It fixed the issue so I didn’t have to re-enter all of them.
I am having all of the same problems mentioned below. I have been using Shopify for 5 years now and only recently have these problems surfaced. @Shopify_77 is there any progress here in regards to solving the problem?
