If this error message or issue is only happening to some of your customers and not all, then there might be a local issue going on. Meaning, the problem is within their browser, device, or internet connection. Before anything else, it is best to share troubleshooting steps with them first such as, clearing cookie and cache, using different internet connection such as using mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, using a different browser and device, and checking their device or browser settings that might cause this error on their end. If after doing all the troubleshooting steps and the error still persists, it is best to reach out to Shopify support team so, they can further check your site and account.
