10 ADD TO CARTS BU NO CONVERTIONS

Hi everyone, i’ve been running paid ads on tiktok the last 2 days and the results are quite weird. I had 110 sessions on the store with 9 add to carts but no conversions. I tought it might be from the offer but I optimized it and had the same results. What I’m doing next is changing my CTA’s on my ads to try to increase the conversion rate. In your opinion, what am I doing wrong?? My website is: slimcover.shop

Ps: I’m also adding reviews on the product page( I wanted to make a test without them, only using testimonials) so take that in consideration as well

By all means take this with a pinch of salt, just my opinion. But a few things come to mind:

  • A 65% discount is almost suspiciously low, makes me wonder why so large, is something amiss?

  • £7 postage on a £30 item is 23% of the price on postage, which is off-putting. Is there a cheaper postage option you can use?

  • Lastly and maybe most problematic - these are available elsewhere online for £23-25. Which would make me wonder why you’d price them at £88 to begin with.

The main issue unfortunately is that this item is sold elsewhere online for less money and with free delivery.

I think the question you have to be answering in your mind and then in you webpage is “why would people buy this here, instead of from the big online suppliers”. Currently the only demographic your going to catch is people who do zero shopping around - Google your item title and see what else is out there.
