Hi @TheLaxLounge

Thank you for reaching out to the community forums for feedback on your store. I understand that your store has a high bounce rate and you are looking to get some feedback as to why that might be. I was able to review your store and I can share some suggestions and feedback for you. Please know, these are just my personal suggestions, each business is unique and you have a specific brand in mind for your store. You have full power to apply or disregard any of my suggestions!

Your slideshow at the top of the page is very large, and on mobile it fills the whole screen. Unfortunately, it doesn’t tell me what your business is. The slideshow also moves quite quickly, I would recommend slowing down the slides and adding a more detailed call to action button to a collection of products.

I appreciate the high quality videos you have on your homepage but I would say that the amount you have is too many, at least too many with auto play. That takes a lot of bandwidth and anyone on a lower internet speed is going to really struggle loading your home page. We usually recommend not having any videos that play automatically and instead have a prompt for the customer to play the video to learn more. Also one of your videos shows captions in a language other than English with no translation available. Customers may be turned off of that product if they can’t understand the content you are sharing for it.

Your store is also difficult to shop as you have a huge array of products (3 pages worth) without any collections. I understand that your store brand is relaxation and massage products, that’s a great niche to choose as self-care is very important right now. You do have a large range of products and I can’t filter them out. So I need to scroll through pet products and massage guns to find a pillow. I would strongly suggest making some collections so that your customers can find what they are looking for easier.

Lastly, I would strongly recommend doing some market research on the products you are selling and make sure that your pricing is competitive and scaled across your products properly. I noticed some discrepancies in the pricing, some products seemed to be priced too high and some too low. I would try to level that out a bit more if possible or if you are dropshipping, maybe find a more reasonably priced supplier for your products.

I hope this feedback helps. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to let me know.

Thank you for your feedback. Any other suggestions?

@Shay I have the same issue with my store. www.scentuples.com
I launched October 23. I started a promotion through a freelancer on Fiverr Nov 26, hence the boost in traffic, but absolutely no sales.
I do have video on my home page, but it’s not auto play.
I also only have 5 products.
I got 0 sales from 19000 sessions. The 2 sales I did get where from family I personally directed to the shop…
My speed score also decreased significantly after adding new apps, and then again without me changing the theme or adding new videos/media (I don’t know why!)
It makes me wonder if the Fiverr promotion is all bots/spam?

Can you please take a look and help me understand how I can improve my store?

Thank you so much!
