It is 1/31 and I still don’t have mine! I have all the previous year 1099’s going all the way back to 2014 from Shopify. But for some reason, this year, I have not received it!
I’m on hold with a support phone call right now.

Hi! I was asking if they would be available on time by the due date. Not where to find them. They are not available.
Did support give you an answer?
They said they were going out late on January 31. And sure enough. I finally got it around 7pm. The only answer I finally got that was not vague was when I contacted Plus support.
