I reached out to have the address corrected a month ago and I keep getting told to wait 5 business days and it will be uploaded with the correct address. 5 business days later, they reset the timing all over again and say we have paused all 1099k documents from being uploaded, rest assured you will have it in another 5 business days. This is going on and on in a loop for a month. Chat support is a joke and they are using AI for the live chat feature and I need real assistance with this issue and nobody is helping.
