120 Days Passed – Still No Payout / No Response from Support

Hello Shopify Team,

I’m reaching out here because I’ve already contacted support more than 10 times through live chat and email, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any clear or helpful response.

My store was closed, and I’ve waited the required 120 days as stated in your policy regarding payouts for closed stores. That period has now passed — specifically on June 7, 2025 — and I am still unable to access my Shopify Payments balance.

All I need is a secure link where I can upload my void cheque or bank document to update my banking information, so the payout can be processed. I’ve been told this would be provided, but so far, nothing has been sent and support has not responded for days.

This has gone on for far too long and is impacting my business. I kindly ask that this case be escalated to a Shopify Payments or Risk Team specialist.

Please assist as soon as possible.

your issue been resolved yet or not as i having issue same issue they not released my payout after 120 days over its been 1 month gone no single update they are scammer stealing money shopify its fully fraud company
