Im so onboard with everything you have said here. The new max 16 blocks on pages has absolutely destroyed my ability to customize the back-end for clients. I can build the sections everything works then BAM. They customer can’t fill out everything they need because someone at @Shopify_77 coded in a max blocks to 16.
Shopify can you please just have someone go into that piece of code and wrap it in a comment tag. Just get rid of max blocks 16, or type in a new number like 250…what it used to be. This one tiny thing has made what was a fantastic custom theme editor into a far less superior one.
