This sounds like a message from our Shopify Payments team who require additional information to verify your payments account. You should see a banner in the admin that will allow you to upload documentation, and/ or have received an email from our team asking you what documentation to provide and how to do so.
If you don’t see a banner or have not received an email, please contact us directly so we can look into this matter for you.
What documentation do I need to send as I sent a incorporation document and its still there ?I have also had no email
