I’ve tried some remedies from here. No luck. It will not send the 6 digit code to my phone

Contact Shopify Support they will disable the 2 Factor Authentication for your account.

As @Muhammad_Ali_S has mentioned, you will need to create a support request via the Shopify Help Center so our team can further investigate and look into disabling two-factor authentication. When reaching out, the request must come from the account owner of the store.
To create a support request, head over to the Shopify Help Center and log into your store. Once logged in, you will need to choose a topic from the ones provided that pertain to your issue. On the following page, please scroll to the bottom, where you’ll see our available contact options under Get Support.
