I am getting this error: There was a problem buying shipping labels Review order details and try again. Shopify support chat help is not being answered by any advisor. Requested Shopify support callback, they disconnected the call before an advisor was on the line.

I’m getting the same error. According to the Shopify status page they’re having some issues. I have a callback requested from their support team, which I should receive in about an hour. I’ve seen this happen before, and they usually fix within the day. Hopefully they’ll fix this soon.

Experiencing the same problem- Chat doesn’t connect and callback time is estimated at 57 minutes. WTH! I need to get my orders packed before the mailman comes!
