I am having the same issue as well! Glad not alone. I used Pirate Ship in the mean time and that worked fine! (If you need something to work ASAP that is!)

Same issue. I have to get labels created before I go to work and people purchased UPS labels for faster delivery. No tech support. Was suppose to connect in 1 minute waiting 20 minutes on this notice. This is so frustrating!!! Probably should get shipstation.
