All of the sudden I am unable to purchase shipping labels. I receive an error code " Unexpected error" - I am now forced to ship everything manually through another service which is a huge hassle and negated the shopify carrier discounts. How do I contact Customer support? and email? a phone number?…

Thank you for responding. Do you know a customer service email or a portal where I can create a ticket? How are you contacting them? I’ve been using Shopify for years and never had an issue so this simply never came up.

Same issue. And chat will not respond to me, either. Also - requested a callback and the call disconnected before an advisor came on the line.

I am having this exact same problem. Just happened. Is there any fix??? We need to be able to print labels to ship out orders… this is costing our business.

Same problem on our end. Tried UPS and USPS with the same error. Not sure we have tried to ship anything over the weekend, but we just noticed 5 minutes ago. (Monday Morning)

I have this same issue today out of no where. It usually fixes itself quickly but it has now been about an hour. I also can’t get on a chat as that function is not working on Shopify either.
