Having same issue here with UPS labels, as i assume it doesn’t matter the shipping carrier at this point. (10:30am EST)

I am getting 2 errors. One saying I can’t purchase shipping labels at this time and the other saying shipping labels is temporarily unavailable. I’ve never seen this in the +1yr of using Shopify

I was just able to purchase/print shipping labels. Maybe they’ve fixed the issue.
