Hi, before choosing a full operating partner, I’d map the current order-to-reorder process: where orders arrive, how stock changes, when suppliers are contacted and which exceptions still need you. That should show what requires an operator and what can be systemised. Maytime is currently offering to map and automate one small Shopify workflow free while building case studies.
