3D product image color changes to silver??

Hi there,

I’ve got an issue regarding the 3D product images.

*The shopify 3d thumbnail shows the product in a brightened color, not a big issue because I can change the thumbnail.

*When I click on the thumbnail to view the 3d picture it chances the 3d picture to a silver color..

Here’s the weird part: This silver color problem only occurs on mobile.. And the “View in space” works normal on mobile. I use google chrome on mobile with android 11.

Is there a solution for this?

I am wondering would you be willing to share your 3D file with me to try if our buildin3d platform could handle it and visualize it correctly? We are working on a shopify integration and we think we could resolve this issue with the 3d picture.
