3months for 3

I got my shop via a youtuber who sad I got 3 months at low cost… Shopify gave me 3 days instead and in December I’m paying full whack. It’s also on their page they have this deal… How do I speak to a human to correct the deal?

Hello @thecraftshopsw Sorry to hear that you’re facing this issue. You can easily reach out to Shopify support by logging into your account. Scroll down and click on ‘Contact Support.’ There, you’ll find options for email or live chat. Choose live chat and request an extension of your trial period. In many cases, Shopify is willing to extend it. I also do the same whenever I need more time to set up my e-commerce store
