4 days back store was working well but now its not working

4 days back it was working and now even dawn theme not working theme added multiple times, dont know the issue, please guide.

To confirm, you’re unable to access your storefront as well as your Shopify admin? Could you check your inbox, spam or junk folder for any correspondence from our team? If you’re able to locate an email, I encourage you to reply directly to it for further clarification on your store’s unavailability.

If you’re not able to find an email, the next best step is to create a support request via the Shopify Help Center. Once your account is authenticated, our team will have access and be able to take a look at your admin/account settings and further investigate.
