We logged in this morning to see a 404 error on our admin page. Why is our admin page missing? See attached images.
Additionally, we uploaded an image for our account page and it morphed into initials GRE. Why is this?
Moreover, our analytics, live view isn’t working. We tested it with a couple of people and visitors and active carts were not reported. Why is this the case?
I think it’s time to take to twitter in hope of resolving these unusual issues. It shouldn’t take us five minutes to login and then see a 404 page immediately on our admin page. We recorded a video of this.
We uploaded an account pic. If we are truly seeing our account across the platform, then we should see the same pic. Instead we are seeing three different pics across the platform. This sounds like our account has been spoofed when we are seeing those other account pics. In one case the account pic is GRE. We did not upload that.
We are in the process of speaking to a ruby programmer to do an audit of our site.
