404 Error on my customization page check out

How can I fix the 404 error on my customization page check out? I’ve tried everything since I’m new at this.

Thank you for responding. I’m new at Shopify. I was trying to customize my checkout page on my store theme but for some reason it shows a 404 error on that page. this is my link https://shopspadove.myshopify.com. I don’t know if it’s because it has a “shop” word in the beginning of the link, which I had connected my domain which is spadove.com. I’m using my shop as a dropshipping website. Can you be able to help me? I’d appreciate so much!

Okay, thank you. Can you tell me what theme you are using when you try and customize the checkout? Would it also be possible for you to share a screenshot of the error message that you’re seeing in the theme editor?

Im getting the same issue! Im using Prestige Theme and when customizing it, when I select Checkout page it shows 404 not found, it worked earlier and now I’m stuck, I can’t customize it. Btw if you try accessing the website which is stormbuys.com and try checking out, it works fine, but I can’t customize it at all

Thank you for getting in touch about this. Is the issue still occurring or have you managed to find a resolution? It’s been a few weeks since you posted.

If the issue is still present, can you tell me if this issue is only present within the Prestige theme or do you see the same when you access the checkout in the theme editor for other themes? Have you made any changes to the theme’s code?

Have you made any edit to the code for the Dawn theme? Has this issue been present ever since you installed Dawn, or did you notice this issue as soon as you installed it and tried to edit it?
