Only on the product “Custom Name Bow”, when you select the cart it will go to a white screen on mobile devices or a “404 not found” on desktops.
I created a sample item to test whether or not it was just that item, it was.
I did add code to customize options, perhaps I made a mistake here?

Indeed, for your Nylon/Clip line item property you do not have a name of the property – see those “properties[]” – there should be something like Type in brackets:
