Hello, I recently downloaded the Smart SEO app to my business’ Shopify site. https://apps.shopify.com/smart-seo for app reference.
Issue I’m having is the page I’m trying to redirect is not going to the desired URL; screenshot below.
Does this need the full URL posted in the “repaired URL” column? Add that is hasn’t had this problem with other pages I’ve redirected since installing this app.
@Ollie82 Concerning this kind of issue, you need to check if the original URL is still a 404 or not. If not, it will not be unable to make redirection anymore. I notice you mentioned that other pages you’ve redirected are working fine, except this one. Then it is better for you to check this page status currently.
