We’ve had about $4k in Shopify POS orders within the past 48 hours that are not showing up in payouts or the payout transactions. The orders are fulfilled in Shopify and the payments have been authorized, but only in some orders does it have the note about the payment being included in a future payout. We’ve been operating our stores for years and have never had this happen - what do we do?
