5 days spent for the simple issue

Hi,

How would you feel if a simple issue wasn’t resolved after 5 days?

I requested the release of my domain from an inactive store, and your support team has already taken 5 days. I’m still being told to wait for an email.

Is this a joke? Is Shopify a joke? Is this what you call great customer support?

I’m very disappointed with the delay and lack of resolution. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
