Did you set up capture your payment automatically or manually from your store admin > Settings > Payments?
If you set it up manually, you must click Capture on each order. If you have already set it up Automatically, then please check if you enter your payment information correctly so money can transfer to your bank.
Yes, payments are set to automatic. We’ve been using Shopify since June of 2024, and this is the first time this has happened. I’m at a loss.
