$7,460 Refunded as Shop Campaign Credit – I Need Online Cash in My Payout Account Not Ad Credit

Hi Shopify Team,

I’m facing a serious issue regarding my payouts.

On April 24, 2025, I received 83 orders in 1 hour, but I did not receive any payouts for them.

Then on April 28, $8,780.83 was debited from my payouts.

Shopify support is now saying that $7,460.00 has been refunded as Shop Campaign credit, earlier it was $4,860.00.

This is confusing and unfair.

  • I don’t want this refund as Shop Campaign credit.
  • I want my money credited to my Shopify payout account in Online cash.

My Concerns:

  • Where is my actual order payout for 83 orders?
  • Why was $8,780.83 debited from my account?
  • Why am I being refunded in ad credits for something I never agreed to?
  • This looks like a serious system flaw, and I request Shopify to resolve it urgently.

Shopify needs to fix this glitch, the system must improve as users grow hope your issue gets resolved soon.

Seems like a serious system fault on Shopify’s end.

Oh my god 83 orders in 1 hour this is clearly a bug in Shopify system.
