8 DAYS since I submitted documents for Shopify payment ID verification

Hello,

I’ve sent everything in order for my shopify payment account to be accepted (passport, etc…) and it’s been 8 DAYS since… Could anyone on the shopify team just give me an answer ?

Although I would prefer to use Shopify Payment, Im not against using another payment provider, Stripe, Mollie, or something else, but right now I just want an answer from you so I can either start making sales, or move on to another payment provider. If you’re not going to accept me on Shopify Payment that’s fine, just give me an answer, 8 days for identity verification is INSANE.

Based on experience, issue regarding Shopify payments account will take some time. Even though it is not ideal, the best course of action for this kind of issue is to keep an open communication with Shopify support team as they are the only one who has a better view of your account’s status. It would be best to follow-up regarding your case from time to time via live chat instead of email or your ticket thread that is pending or escalated as it will go further on their queue.
