Hi everyone.

We are a Shopify partner with several apps running this business since 2017.

We’ve been experiencing this revenue bug on the partners dash in our apps since March has began.

We’ve been running this specific app in the screenshot below since 2022 and have been going heavy in ads every day.

We’re acquiring hundreds of new users every day and since 2022 and because of that, there has been no day with $0 revenue.

There is zero chance that the revenue has just dropped from over $1k / day to literally zero.

I spoke to support and unfortunately they’re having a hard time understanding that this is a bug on the partners dashboard where revenue isn’t being reported.

Is anyone from the Partners dash developer team on these forums?
