Has anyone else gotten an email claiming that a chargeback was resolved in the customer’s favor? It came from mailer [email removed] inventory-shopify.com. This is very disconcerting. The chargeback is for over $1000. Is this spam or real? I don’t want to click on the link. I have not gotten any other notification and the order # above doesn’t exist. I’m hoping this is fake. Anyone else get something that looks legit but is fake?

I just got the same email with same order number. So I’m assuming it’s spam or fake.

I got the same thing and panicked also because I wasn’t sure. But same number also #63535. I didn’t click anything in it either assuming it was spam because I searched my customers and no such name (Jennifer Lucas) exists.

We had the same email caught by our spam filter. Glad to see it wasn’t real!
