This is my first post so I figured i’d say hello 
hi! my name is Leandro, I’ve been building software tools at companies like Spotify and Klarna for over a decade, helping folks make sense of data to take better decisions, and automating things that are boring or take a long time for humans.
A friend owns a Shopify store and I noticed that it was hard for them to really understand their customers. After playing around with the tools that are already in the store, I figured there’s room to bring some of the ideas we use at tech companies to make sense of data, but making them super user-friendly and affordable.
So I wanted to share that I’ve been building Cloak – a customer intelligence tool for Shopify stores:
- No configuration needed, it’s built for shopify
- All tiers will have unlimited recordings and unlimited visitors
- All tiers will save recordings forever (or until you ask us to delete them)
And I’m focusing on how to visualize the data in ways that makes it easiest for you to understand what’s wrong, so no need to spend time rewatching any replays
