I installed a translation app that broke my mobile menu
I deleted the app, and still the problem is not solved
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Mobile menu stops working after installing a translation app; uninstalling the app did not resolve the issue. The problem persists on mobile.
Likely cause: leftover code injected by the third‑party app into the theme (storefront template files) that remains after uninstall. This residual code can interfere with the mobile menu until manually removed.
Proposed actions: one responder offers to locate and remove the unwanted code to restore the menu. Another asks for the store URL (and password, if any) to inspect and suggest a fix.
Status: unresolved/ongoing. Next steps are to identify and remove the app’s injected code from the theme and/or share the store link for diagnosis.
Open questions: which theme files were modified by the app, and where is the conflicting script or snippet located?

Hi @BSDAOM778 It seems like the app has injected the code in your theme and you need to remove that code so that your mobile menu can work.
As sometimes 3rd party app inject code in them theme so that they can show their stuff on the live theme and even if you remove the app from shopify, you still need to find the code that the app has injected in your theme and remove it so that your site can start working fine.
If you are unable to find the code and still facing the issue then I’m happy to do this for you, let me know. I can remove the unwanted code for you and fix your menu.
Hopefully it will help you. If yes then Please hit Like and Mark it as solution!
