A refund after the cancellation

  1. I do not know how to get a refund after the cancellation process. Will I be automatically refunded when I cancel?

Can you confirm that you are inquiring about cancelling your Shopify subscription? If so, Shopify does not offer refunds as per our Terms of Service, so you will not automatically receive a refund if you cancel your subscription. However, depending on how far along into your monthly subscription you are, we may be able to make an exception. Please get in touch with us through the Help Center and we will review your request. I can’t make any guarantees, but it’s definitely worth a shot!

It’s a refund process done by the Merchant, I found a way to get the refund from KOMOJU and it’s been resolved! Thank you very much!
