I have a problem, if i try to use my existing domain : kartaffair.in it says error
" A site with that domain name already exists "

Hello,
You are receiving this error because you have already connected that domain to a store which you will need to unlink before you can add to another store.
If you did connect it to a Shopify store(and you don’t have access to the store again) you need to contact support, as Shopify stores have the same DNS.
Then, if you still have access to that old store, you can just removed it then connect o the new one

If so, and you still have access, please follow the steps in our help document transfer your domain to a different Shopify store in order to use your domain in your new store.
Otherwise, if you do not have another store, or if you no longer have access to this store, you need to reach out to our Support team directly to resolve this error as we can’t provide account-specific support in the Community at this time. Our team will ask for proof of ownership of the domain, similar to the screenshot you posted here in order to assist you.
