A Staff member on my store has permission to view Draft Orders (full permissions are Home, Orders, Edit orders, Draft orders, Products), they can view the list of draft orders e.g. https://*/myshopify.com/admin/draft_orders, but when they try to click through to any particular draft order they get “There’s a problem loading this page” error. They’ve tried latest version of Firefox and Chrome, disabled any extensions, and switched computers. The error appears to be account specific. Other staff are not experiencing this issue.

Have you tried incognito browser?
Yes Incognito, by both myself and my staff member. We were also on different wifi’s
