A structure for scale-up and criteria to measure success

Hello,

thank you in advance for your time and expert advice.

We’ve been running a store for a few years. Our TO is $500k/year and our marketing budget oscillates between $5-10’000/month for online marketing only (FB, Google).

I would like to scale up (obviously) efficiently, but am allergic to answers such as “just add budget” (typical Meta “encouragement”. Any suggestions to a structure or framework, or a method to do this? Furthermore, which are the criteria/parameters or measures of success your would be watching as you implement to see if you’re doing things right?

Thank you in advance.

Paal

Hi @Psteensl

Thanks for coming to the AMA.

If ads are working, scaling is easy. Consider other channels and content creation. Professional help can be valuable at higher budgets. Determine short-term vs. long-term goals. For short-term, focus on ads. For long-term, consider SEO and other strategies. If you’d like to see our full answer, check out the stream recording which we have uploaded to YouTube.
