I want to create a subscription app with a selling plan with 30 days trial period. For example, the Standard plan is $X/month, and customers can try it free for 30 days without giving their payment(credit/debit card) information. Can this feature be built into the Shopify app? If yes, what will be the procedure to do this?

Correct me if I am wrong, but you are actually asking about developing an APP for the Shopify marketplace which has a 30 day free trial and no payment methods required until after that trial expires?
Or are you talking about creating a selling plan for a product on a store which the selling plan has a the trial with no payment informaiton?

If the second one, I do not believe we support any way to have a selling plan with a trial period that does not require payment information to be collected during checkout, unless the selling plan was free.
