Hi,
I have an artist called Duncan Mackay who makes jewellery items.
On my website he has works but his name is not showing up in the artist drop down on the right hand side.
Please can you explain why he wouldnt be showing up when he does in fact have items listed on the site?

Based on what you’ve described, it sounds like you need to make a collection for this merchant, and then have that collection added as a menu item to your store’s menu. I have a resource here that describes how to make a collection, and should also link to a resource that explains how to add that collection to this menu.
