Abandoned cart email template, Dawn Theme:

I cannot find it in Notifications and Orders. Where else can it be?

  1. Log in to your Shopify admin.
  2. From the left-hand sidebar, click on “Marketing.”
  3. In the Marketing section, click on “Automations.”
  4. Under the “Automations” tab, you should see the “Abandoned checkouts” section.
  5. Click on “Abandoned checkouts” to access the abandoned cart email settings.

Within the abandoned cart email settings, you can customize the content, subject line, and timing of the email. You can also enable or disable the abandoned cart email feature. Make sure to save your changes after making any modifications to the template.

If you’re unable to find the abandoned cart email template in the Marketing section of your Shopify admin, it’s possible that the Dawn theme may have customized or rearranged the location of this feature. In such cases, it may be helpful to refer to the theme documentation or contact the theme developer for further guidance specific to the Dawn theme.
