Abandoned cart not updating

Hello,

I noticed that my abandoned cart tab in Shopify hasn’t updated for over 9 days (I was getting abandoned cart data every couple of days at least)….my Facebook meta pixel data shows added to cart so there’s something missing. I did a couple of tests with someone subscribed to marketing and it still does not update. Please can someone advice?

What do you mean the abandoned cart tab? Just because someone adds to cart, that doesn’t mean the cart is abandoned in Shopify. The naming is a bit deceptive. It should be more like “Abandoned checkout”. Someone has to have entered their email at checkout.
